Data Protection Officer (m/f/d)

You are the contact person for national and international customers of different industries and sizes in order to analyze, maintain and optimize the level, timeliness and efficiency of data protection. In doing so, you focus on both legal and IT aspects while keeping an eye on the customer's goals and peculiarities.

In particular, the following tasks await you

  • Support of our customers in all questions of data protection and data security
  • Coordination of the procedure in the event of data protection incidents
  • Carrying out data protection audits or risk analyses
  • Review and preparation of data protection documents
  • Communication with global data protection teams and works councils
  • Independent further training on current topics

This is what we want

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, law or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in data protection
  • Good IT knowledge is an advantage, especially in the area of data security
  • Distinct customer and solution orientation
  • Assertiveness and intercultural sensitivity
  • Ability to work in a team as well as analytical and communication skills combined with initiative
  • High motivation
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Assistant Data Protection Officer (m/f/d)

You are our contact person in the day-to-day office life, taking over tasks such as invoicing, mail processing and archiving on your own responsibility. Together with our team, you will be the contact person for national and international customers of different industries and sizes in order to analyze, maintain and optimize the level, timeliness and efficiency of data protection.

In particular, the following tasks await you

  • Invoicing
  • Mail and deadline handling, including archiving
  • Support for audits and monitoring of data protection
  • Support for the maintenance of the data protection management software
  • Advice on basic data protection issues
  • Collaboration in diversified projects
  • Review and preparation of documents relevant to data protection
  • Independent further training on current topics

This is what we want

  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics (business administration, business law, business informatics, etc.) or have a comparable education.
  • Classic office work is natural to you and ideally you already have some practical experience in the field of data protection.
  • Thanks to your strong understanding of business processes, you can quickly adapt to different customer situations.
  • You enjoy working in a team and can successfully apply your analytical and communication skills.
  • You show initiative and willingness to perform as well as a structured and reliable work style. You have a very good level of written and spoken German and English.
